Cost Segregation Study Property Analysis
The Example Case Studies illustrate the application of Cost Segregation to specific types of properties. In each of these examples the hypothetical figures are variable depending on factors that are applicable to the actual property in question.
A common misunderstanding with respect to Cost Segregation is that it is "tax deferment" as opposed to "tax savings". Cost Segregation is not a deferment of taxes that may be due the IRS. It is an actual tax savings and puts current dollars and present value into the taxpayer's pocket.
