A Brief History
FCFS was formed by Family Care as a diversification strategy from Family Care's core business. Family Care was founded in 1983 as an originator of medical discounts and savings programs. Since that time, Family Care has become the leading service in the industry; saving its thousands of members money on their medical bills, prescriptions, vision, dental, chiropractic, and more. Family Care and ICS is headquartered in Houston, TX.
